Sales, Advice and Information
Your clients will be informed on the heating or cooling system they are receiving via our Product Information Packages and website.
If the system allowed for in their inclusions doesn’t meet their individual needs we can co-ordinate with your sales team to tailor an upgrade for them.
We also provide access to display materials and training where required on the heating & cooling products supplied by our company.
Fixed Pricing Structure
We are able to offer our builders a competitive fixed pricing structure as we deal directly with the manufacturer.
Individual Site Inspections Prior to the Design of your System
This ensures that your heating or cooling system is positioned for maximum efficiency and meets the required standards for servicing.
By adhering to our manufacturer’s sizing & design guidelines we are able to offer our clients a design guarantee on our systems.
Our qualified technicians are trained in the specific needs of new home clients. All on site staff have completed OH&S Construction Induction Courses and Workplace First Aid training.
Commissioning and Balancing of Systems
All systems are commissioned and balanced by our technicians prior to handover to ensure they are operating at their maximum efficiency.
After Sales Breakdown Service for Home Owners
In the event of a breakdown we liaise with clients to ensure that a high level of satisfaction is maintained and response times are satisfactory.
